WHAT ARE THEY THINKING
I am watching the marathon right now and cant beleive they are canceling this show. Even my wife that doesnt watch my car shows likes this one the two new ones that are replacing it are dumb know where close to this show they need to rethink this or they are going to lose alot of there fan base on motortrend/volecity.
Fantom Works is by far the best of the car restoration shows on Velocity (MotorTrend). In fact, the others are pretty much unwatchable for me. Very disappointed that Fantom Works has been cancelled.Read more

As I watch the Fantom Works marathon on Jan 30th I wonder what the folks at Motor Trend are thinking??!! I have watched a couple of the new series such as "Bad Chad" and "Live, Love, Wrench" that are scheduled to replace Fantom Works and cannot believe we have to watch...Read more
MT F's up again!
Why would you cancel a show that has a loyal following and put an unknown B. S. car shown? Look at the disappointment. Wise-up and do what the CUSTOMER wants. That is what successful companies do! The Customer is king. Not some *** in a office that thinks they know better.
I didn't like
- Programing decisions
I am going to miss Dan short and the. rest of the crew at phantom works. I cant believe Motor trend is that stupid to have cut such a good show. I cancelled my subscriptions to the magazine and the site after the last show toniteRead more
Missing FantomWorks Already!
Really disappointed with MotorTrend for canceling FantomWorks and replacing it with total losers like Love, Like, Wrench, Bad Chad etc. Dan of FantomWorks was the only real craftsman doing complete restomods. Its only competition is Bitchen Rides!
Beat car show on tv
I have learned more from watching fantomworks than all the other shows put together.

Probably the best show on Velocity
One of my two favorite shows on Velocity/Motortrend Television. I used to own a small repair shop specializing in BMWs, Porsches and other European cars when I was younger and this show provided a realistic perspective on what it takes to run a good shop as well getting customers to understand what their cars needed and what they didn't need. Good work is never cheap but in the long run the value far surpasses the sour feeling of shoddy workmanship. One of my favorite sayings when I was in the business was "Speed costs money, how fast do you want to spend?" I must have been fairly good at it because I had old customers calling me long after I closed shop.
Do you have something to say about Fantomworks? What happened? What can we help you with?
